Because we source our products directly from specialized global fulfillment centers to guarantee the best competitive prices and quality, our standard shipping times are as follows:

Note: External factors such as customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or festive postal delays are beyond our control but we actively monitor shipments to avoid delays.

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat nominal shipping fee of $1.99 or $2.99 depending on the weight and size of the premium desk accessory.

Free Shipping Promo: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above $50 (or whatever amount you decide for your store).
5. Order Tracking
Every single order includes a tracking number. Once your package is shipped, a unique tracking link will be emailed to you. You can easily track your parcel directly through our website on our Track Your Order page or via third-party tracking networks (like 17track).
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Apexprime Markets is not responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your package by your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot modify or redirect shipments once the order has been processed and dispatched. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
